Chuck Control & De-magentisers

Our electronic controllers suit any make of 110v DC Electromagnetic chucks. Available in two standard versions, these units will power all sizes of chuck. Requiring only 240v single phase input it is simple to install and replaces completely existing controllers and transformer rectifier sets.

Complete control adjustment of power from 0% to 100% with LED indicators allows operator to set the magnetism required for the operation.

The in-built auto-demag cycle is variable ensuring all components are easily removed from the chuck by eliminating residue magnetism.

The DE30 range of de-magnetisers are designed to eliminate unwanted magnetism in finished components, tools, etc. Heavy duty electromagnetic coils generate alternating magnetic fields at high frequency which will remove residue and induced magnetism in the workpiece as it is passed through the aperture of the unit.

 The DE20 range of de-magnetisers are designed to eliminate unwanted magnetism in a wide range of components, tools, etc. The electromagnetic fields generated alternate at a high frequency which will remove residue and induced magnetism in the workpiece as it is passed across the surface of the unit.
