The DE30 range of de-magnetisers are designed to eliminate unwanted magnetism in finished components, tools, etc. Heavy duty electromagnetic coils generate alternating magnetic fields at high frequency which will remove residue and induced magnetism in the workpiece as it is passed through the aperture of the unit.
